Summary
Lead UX Architect and Product Manager for Dugout, a high-profile iOS app deployed by Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM) in collaboration with Apple. Dugout is used by coaches and players to make real-time in-game decisions based upon advanced visualizations of proprietary stats.
As Lead UX Architect, I designed the primary screens, interactivity and navigation, and supervised the development of rapid prototypes and usability testing. As Product Manager, I created the product roadmap, wrote development-ready specifications and managed the overall risk of delivery.

Dugout launched successfully on opening day in front of a US audience of 3.7 Million. Shortly thereafter, Disney purchased MLBAM for $2.8B and our technical team went on to build Disney+.
Responsibilities as Lead Product Manager
• Ensured project success by controlling project risk under tight timeline
• Created product vision and roadmap
• Helped to assemble and mentor product team, including sourcing designers and prototypers
• Defined best practices for AGILE design + development process
• Aligned stakeholders (SMEs, Baseball BOC, Apple and MLBAM data team)
