Designed the official Major League Baseball iPad Application for use in the dugout during 2017 season and beyond
Role: Senior Product Manager + Lead User Experience Architect
- Dugout is used by professional coaches and players on each of the 30 MLB teams
- In-game stats app to assist in real-time decisions affecting gameplay
- Successfully deployed versions 2.x for the 2017 season
- Includes advanced charting, video, annotation and customization features for the iPad Pro
- Principle Stakeholders:  MLB Advanced Media, Baseball Office of the Commissioner (BOC), Apple Computer

Product Management Role
I was brought in from product conception to help build the team, create a product vision and high-level approach, create the product roadmap and institute team process/best-practices through design leadership. My main responsibility was to achieve design goals while control project risk.

After conceiving of the UX, I lead a small team of designers creating wireframes, prototypes and executable specifications, then testing the app for usability.

Successful Deploy and Debut on Season Opening Day
High-visibility gold release to millions of detail-oriented fans. A huge success for the entire MLBAM team.
Several months later Disney acquired MLBAM in a deal valued at $3.8 B (Forbes).
